سياسة الإرجاع والاسترداد Return & refund policy

تنطبق هذه السياسة على حجز الاستشارة (حجز استشارة) عبر موقع واحة البنان. This policy applies to consultation bookings made through the Wahat Al Banan website.

لا نوفر استرداد المبلغ لحجوزات الاستشارة بعد إتمام الدفع. We do not offer refunds for consultation bookings once payment is completed.

بمجرد تأكيد الحجز والدفع، لا يمكن إلغاء الحجز أو استرداد المبلغ المدفوع. Once your booking is confirmed and paid, the booking cannot be cancelled and the amount paid cannot be refunded.
